No prior reservation is required How can I submit a complaint or an inquiry?

How can I add more cards? By pressing the “Membership” in the home page bottom menu. Then press on “Add new membership” and start registering the other card.

Transfers / Payments

  • Click on icon “From” to view a pick list of Accounts, Credit Cards or prepaid cards to transfer from.
  • Click on icon “To” to view a pick list of Accounts, Credit Cards, Prepaid cards, Bills, Other CAE accounts or Other CAE cards to pay 

Transfer widget

  • All required fields should be filled – press continue
  • Type the reason of transfer (not required in case of own account/card transfer).
  • A confirmation message will be displayed with all transfer details, if all the data is correct – Press confirm
  • Enter the required authorization Code to confirm the transaction (not required in case of own account/card transfer) – press continue
  • Confirmation message will be displayed with transactions details

  • Press side Menu
  • Press on Beneficiaries > Choose Other CAE Accounts or Other CAE Cards
  • Add/Pay New card or Account through:
    • Save
    • Save and transfer
    • Transfer to other accounts or cards inside CAE
  • To authorize these transactions, a Token code is mandatory
