  • Financing up to 80% (in case the unit value greater than EGP 1.1 M and up to EGP 1.4 M)
  • Financing up to 85% (if the unit value up to EGP 1.1 M)
• Admin Fees: 1% of booked loan amount
• Net Monthly Income of unmarried person: Up to EGP 13,000
• Net Monthly Income of married person (Husband and wife): Up to EGP 18,000
• Age: Minimum age of 21 years old, and maximum age of 60 years old  for employed customers, and 65  years old for self-employed customers at loan maturity
• Monthly Instalment: Up to 40% of your net monthly income

• Unit selling price: up to EGP 1.4 M

• Unit type: Residential only (touristic or seasonal are not included)
